強化(hua)(hua)警示教育(yu),筑牢(lao)(lao)安(an)全(quan)防線。回坡底礦牢(lao)(lao)牢(lao)(lao)把(ba)握特殊(shu)時期(qi)安(an)全(quan)工作(zuo)特點(dian),切(qie)(qie)實做到人(ren)在崗、心(xin)在崗、責在崗。以事(shi)故(gu)案(an)例為切(qie)(qie)入點(dian),按照“專(zhuan)業化(hua)(hua)、典(dian)型化(hua)(hua)、實用化(hua)(hua)”選定(ding)案(an)例、制(zhi)定(ding)學習計劃(hua),靶向施教、量體裁衣,每周一組織隊(dui)組進行事(shi)故(gu)案(an)例學習,剖析事(shi)故(gu)原因、操作(zuo)誤區(qu),反思崗位風險、防控(kong)盲區(qu),每周二組織管理人(ren)員集中觀看警示教育(yu)片,提高(gao)安(an)全(quan)素養。此(ci)外(wai),該礦還認(ren)真(zhen)組織專(zhuan)項應(ying)急演練、自救(jiu)器(qi)盲戴、創傷急救(jiu)等注重實效的安(an)全(quan)專(zhuan)業技能、操作(zuo)技能培(pei)訓(xun),合理制(zhi)定(ding)年度安(an)全(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)計劃(hua),持(chi)續開(kai)展專(zhuan)題培(pei)訓(xun)、實操培(pei)訓(xun),實現人(ren)崗匹配、人(ren)機(ji)相宜(yi),不斷推動落實“月度抽考(kao)、季度全(quan)考(kao)”機(ji)制(zhi)。
